Executive Chef Dave Miller trained at the prestigious Westminster College of London Culinary Institute and worked under Head Chef Phil Howard who had just been awarded his first Michelin star. He then worked in Australian restaurants for 5 years before returning to New Zealand to be Head Chef at The Bunker in Queenstown for 2-1/2 years. Dave now runs Karuna Fine Chef Cuisine which provides personal catering on request for Amaroo guests.
